Avaliação - Prescrição e Acompanhamento de treino

Este plano foi concebido para o preparar uma prova ou evento de BTT.

A intensidade e especificidade dos treinos aumenta ao longo de todo o plano. A intensidade do treino é descrita através da Frequência Cardíaca. É importante que as suas zonas de treino estejam corretas e definidas. Caso não tenha as suas zonas definidas, a forma mais fácil será medir a sua FC em repouso (ao acordar, após ida a casa de banho, deitar e medir durante 3min) e a FC máxima, numa subida dar o máximo e registar o valor.
