Plan Description

This plan is set up for the first three months of off season, base season training, for the cyclist that rides both indoors and outside through the cold months. The plan focuses on 8-10 hours a week on the bike, plus weight lifting, strength workouts. This plan has a combination of power based structured workouts and a written description in heart rate and some power notes so you can read and go ride.

This plan will build you aerobically and add to your aerobic power base. It will set you up to go harder-in training in the spring.

These plans are set up for heart rate and power with a heart rate monitor being a minimum requirement. This plan has structured workouts that are power based and designed for a focused and challenging workout, along with a written workout that allows you to read the workout notes and then go outside and ride.
