Plan Description

Este entrenamiento te llevará a mejorar tus capacidades de forma progresiva, siguiendo los últimos avances en el área de la fisiología y la preparación física en el ciclismo.

Plan de entrenamiento específico de 24 + 1 semanas para mtb modalidad xco/cross country. Fase general y específica de preparación de la modalidad.

Con trabajo funcional complementario mediante fitball, trx, propio peso,..

Sesiones específicas de mtb aplicadas a la competición.

Plan de entrenamiento para Watts, Si lo quieres en fc hazmelo saber.

Está destinado para entrenar 4-5-6 días a la semana.

Para ciclistas de nivel medio/alto y avanzado.
