Plan Description
Plan de entrenamiento elaborado por watios, lo cual permite adaptar tus zonas de entrenamiento según tu nivel.
Ideal para preparar tus pruebas de MTB, rally, maratón o pruebas por etapas.
Comprende un periodo de base de 8 semanas periodizados en 2 mesociclos, para posteriormente estar preparado físicamente para los periodos específicos y competitivos.
Entrenamiento de 8 semanas de duración, pensado para ciclistas con un nivel contenido.
Cargas de trabajo medidas a través de TSS. orientadas a nivel principiante.
Incluye Test de FTP para poder ir modificando las zonas de entrenamiento según vayas subiendo el nivel de estado físico.
Requiere una media de entre 7 y 11 horas de entrenamiento según semana.
Incluye trabajo de fuerza general, fuerza resistencia y fuerza explosiva dos días a la semana. Incluye tablas de gimnasia en PDF.
Una vez completes el plan de entrenamiento habrás plantado las bases sólidas para tener afrontar con todas las garantías el resto de la temporada.
