Featuring the proven 80/20 intensity balance practiced by the world's best cyclists, this Gravel Race Course up to 60km Level 3 training plan makes the benefits of elite best training practices available to busy everyday athletes like you.
TARGET ATHLETE
This plan is appropriate for serious competitive cyclists seeking to crush their next gravel race. Before you begin the plan, build your training to the point where you are riding at least six times per week for up to 2 hours.
INTENSITY TYPE : HEART RATE
This plan presents each workouts intensity target by Heart Rate, but a Power version of this plan is also available.
