Plan Description

You have 8 weeks to doing a 100km event and you want to make sure you are well enough prepared to enjoy the day. If this is you, this Training Plans is for you.

This training plan is built around a 5 to 9-hour training week and 4 days of training per week.

It is an easy plan to follow with intervals Tuesday and Thursdays and endurance riding over the weekend.

Strength Sessions are 45min long, and include videos of the exercises. Gym access not required.

Stretching and Foam Rolling Videos are also included to optimise recovery.
