Plan Description

This plan will be designed by cycling coach Björn Kafka, who is the coach of many professionell cyclist – including european-, world- and many national champs in mountainbiking, road and track. The plan will be fully individualized after Björns calculations and a call with you. This plan includes 3 skype or zoom calls (30min) in which Björn explains your test results and the way how the training should be done. The plan is power based and will use VO2max and VLamax as the main training parameters. This plan includes a fully power based diagnostic from www.aerotune.com
