This plan is a training plan specifically focusing on the Trans Baviaans MTB Ultra. Training time per week is on average 7 to 8 hours per week. Hours can be reduced during the weekend, however always try and achieve at least a 4 hour ride on the weekend as your long ride
Prior to this plan you should have a good level of fitness and have been training consistently for 8+ weeks for a minimum of 5 to 6 hours/week. The plan recommends a ramp test prior to starting the training plan.
