✅ Who Is This Plan For:
Intermediate to competitive MTB athletes who ride consistently, handle blue to black-level XC terrain, and want a highly structured path to perform very well for a 3-day stage race. If you can ride 2 to 2.5 hours on mixed terrain and manage 6–7 hours per week, with high volume weeks peaking at just over 9 hours, this plan fits.

A 24-week progression that moves from foundation to peak:
Prep → Base 1 to 3 → Build 1 & 2 → Peak + Taper = READY TO RACE!
You’ll train with:
• Structured weekday intensity sessions
• Progressive weekend endurance
• Two strength workouts per week
• A focused 3-day training camp block (twice)
• Planned deload weeks to manage fatigue
• A race-specific taper that leaves you sharp, not flat
The entire plan runs on HR and RPE. No power meter is required.
