Our Enduro Training Program aimed at athletes looking to be in the best shape possible coming into the race season.
Enduro is a discipline with skill at the heart. The plan reflects this, factoring in time to go out and practice key skills to succeed on the downhill bike.
Because of the nature of enduro, gym work is recommended - Our hypertrophy program is the perfect bolt on to get the most out of your program.
This program is aimed at athletes that have already completed our Base Fitness Program and are happy to progress to a more intense, discipline specific plan.
