Plan Description

Our Flagship training program aimed at downhill riders looking to be in the best shape possible coming into the race season.

Because of the nature of downhill, gym work is essential - that's why we have included a full hypertrophy program factored into the plan.

Downhill is a discipline with skill at the heart. The plan reflects this, factoring in time to go out and practice key skills to succeed on the downhill bike.

This program is aimed at athletes that have already completed our Base Fitness Program and are happy to progress to a more intense, discipline specific plan.
