This 6 week cycle is low impact and high volume, ensuring riders have carried out the necessary adaptions needed to handle the training load of one of our more discipline specific training programs.
This plan if focused towards beginners looking to get the most out of their limited training time whether they are looking to compete in their first race or just improve overall fitness.
This plan is fully repeatable, and experienced athletes can pair it with one of our Hypertrophy gym programs for maximum benefit.
