Plan Description

Dit is een trainingsplan van 10 weken, waarbij uitgegaan wordt van een goeie basis conditie en waarbij de atleet zijn hartslag of wattage zones weet. Minstens 5 jaar op de MTB is wel vereist, zodat de techniek goed is.
Een gemiddelde week heeft 6 trainingsuren met een paar uitschieters.
Het doel is een XCO wedstrijd.

Er zal op 2 momenten in de 10 weken een terugkoppeling plaats vinden, gebaseerd op de voorafgaande weken met tips en advies.
