Plan Description
Este entrenamiento te llevará a mejorar tus capacidades de forma progresiva, siguiendo los últimos avances en el área de la fisiología y la preparación física en el ciclismo.
Plan de entrenamiento específico de 14 semanas para mtb modalidad xco/cross country. Ya para ciclistas que tengan una buena base aeróbica. Con trabajo específico de preparación para el Campeonato Autonomico o nacional.
Con trabajo funcional complementario mediante fitball, trx, propio peso,..
Sesiones específicas de mtb aplicadas a la competición.
Plan de entrenamiento para Watts
Está destinado para entrenar 5 o 6 días a la semana.
Para ciclistas de nivel medio/alto y avanzado.
