Plan Description

Entrenamiento de MTB, del 4 al 17 de mayo, coincidiendo con los primeros dias de desescalada al confinamiento del COVID19. Este programa puede ir variando en función de las indicaciones del gobierno. Está pensado para deportistas de con un tiempo diario aproximado de 1:30h. Se pueden hacer sesiones complementarias al programa. Recuerda realizar tus entrenamientos durante los horaris permitidos y en tu Zona Municipal.
