Plan Description
Si preparas un carrera de 40 a 70 km en mountain bike y quieres ir a un ritmo medio alto para estar en ese grupo perseguidor que van a un ritmo rápido y nunca has podido estar, este es tu plan para iniciar tu preparación específica para este tipo de pruebas de resistencia, todos sabemos que en los últimos compases de la carrera se tendrá que exprimir un esfuerzo extra muy característico en las maratones de mountain bike. Pues si no has entrenado de manera específica no podrás aguantar el ritmo y te quedarás. Con este programa de una semana podrás introducirte a un sistema estructurado básico para que sientes los pilares de una preparación a más largo plazo. Al final de la semana verás como te has adaptado a esfuerzos entre 4 a 8 minutos entrenando en zonas más bajas pero bien estructuradas. La base es el entrenamiento por debajo y sobre el umbral láctico cómo debe ser para un corredor de maratones. Prueba este programa y verás que cuando te asesoras con un entrenador cualificado el rendimiento no se hace esperar.
