Plan Description

Plan destinado a incrementar tu VO2max para preparar tu cuerpo a esfuerzos específicos de competición tanto de carretera como de montaña.

Con este plan conseguiras aumentar tu tolerancia al esfuerzo y a la carga total de entrenamiento durante la temporada

En la primera semana y ultima se incluye un test para establecer correctamente el FTP y así poder seguir el plan con las zonas de entrenamiento correctas, y ver mejora.


Aunque mejorar tu VO2max te hará mejorar sobre todo en esfuerzos cortos, también te puede ayudar a subir tu FTP
