Plan de entrenamiento exterior durante 3 semanas buscando la progresión de la carga en volumen e frecuencia de entrenamiento para ir volviendo a la normalidad deportiva.

Está estructurado por Frecuencia cardíaca (% de la Fmáxima) con lo cual su aplicación es muy fácil y sencilla para auto ajustarse uno mismo.

Se añade una pequeña rutina de trabajo de core sin material, con autocarga y videos explicativos.
