Plan para afrontar con garantias una competición de BTT de duración 2h -2,5 h en 5 meses de preparación de carrera btt con perdiodos de gym, base, contruccion del umbral y finalmente tapering para una prueba btt, con pruebas de menor importancia las semanas prévias a la competción importante.
Este plan no requiere de mucho tiempo para entrenar semanalmente, el entreno más largo entre semana seria de unas 2 h y el fin de semana 3,5 h la semana que más horas.
Perfecto para personas principiantes o de nivel medio.
