This plan is for regular people with real lives who want to make the most of their riding and be proud of their efforts. This indoor training plan will give you the structure to maximise your time to get fit. Using indoor training workouts and expert gym sessions you will be the best you can be in just 12 weeks.

To complete this training plan, you will need:
• A bike
• A bike computer with GPS, heart rate monitor with stopwatch function
• Sufficient spare time to complete the prescribed sessions
• An indoor trainer
• Gym Access with Free Weights
