Ride corners and descents faster and safer in just four weeks on 5 to 6 hours a week, indoors and outdoors.
WHO IT IS FOR: Road, gravel, and Zwift riders who feel they lose time and confidence in corners and on descents and want a structured, skills-led way to fix it without a big time commitment.
HOW IT PROGRESSES: Week 1 sets your FTP and teaches the fundamentals of braking and vision, week 2 adds counter-steering and racing lines with threshold fitness, week 3 peaks with descending speed, trail-braking, and sprints out of every corner, and week 4 consolidates, tapers, and retests your FTP.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT: Every key session is a specific skills drill, braking before the apex, looking through corners, outside-pedal weighting, counter-steering, line choice, trail-braking, slalom, and progressive descending, paired with indoor fitness rides because you cannot practise cornering on a trainer. Each workout carries a plain-language brief and a link to the sports-science evidence behind it.
WHAT TO EXPECT EACH WEEK: Around six sessions mixing outdoor skills rides on quiet roads or an empty car park with indoor tempo and threshold fitness, roughly 5 to 6 hours in the build weeks and a lighter taper into your final test, all framed around safety, confidence, and control.
