Een gestructureerd indoor trainingsschema van 6 weken, speciaal ontworpen voor vrouwen die hun conditie, kracht en zelfvertrouwen op de fiets willen verbeteren.
Dit plan is opgesteld door een professionele wielrenner met een masterdiploma in bewegingswetenschappen (sport & voeding) en combineert gerichte intervallen, duurtraining en herstelsessies om je FTP, uithoudingsvermogen en algehele prestaties te verbeteren.
Alle sessies zijn ontworpen voor de turbotrainer, waardoor je ook met een drukke agenda gemakkelijk consistent kunt blijven trainen.
