Plan Description
Already racing on Zwift? This 8-week plan is built to help you stay sharp, recover well, and keep improving during your racing block. Designed by Enduraprep coaches, it provides the perfect structure for riders competing in weekly Zwift events or e-racing leagues.
Instead of random workouts between races, you’ll follow a focused schedule that balances intensity, recovery, and skill development — helping you race stronger each week without burning out.
🧠 Who It’s For
Intermediate to advanced Zwift racers who are already competing every week and want a balanced plan to maintain race-ready form.
Ideal for Zwift Racing League or community race participants
Suitable for triathletes using Zwift races for off-season sharpening
Requires 4–7 hours per week and basic experience with structured training
