Plan Description
Take your indoor cycling to the next level this winter with our 8-week Zwift Ready Racing Plan. Designed by Enduraprep coaches, this plan builds the specific power, repeatability, and race fitness needed for Zwift racing and virtual cycling events.
This plan is designed to prepare you for an upcoming block of Zwift racing. This plan comes with a 15% discount code for the follow on 'in-block' Zwift racing plan.
You’ll target short, punchy efforts, VO₂ max development, and repeatability while maintaining aerobic endurance — perfect for Zwift races, team time trials, or winter training goals.
Who it’s for:
Intermediate cyclists or triathletes with 4–6 hours per week available. You should already be comfortable riding 60–90 minutes indoors and know your FTP (Functional Threshold Power).
Perform an FTP test on your indoor set up prior to starting if you need to update your FTP.
Equipment needed:
Smart trainer or power meter (Zwift, Rouvy, TrainerRoad, etc.), heart rate monitor optional.
Weekly structure:
3 key structured workouts, 1 endurance ride, 1 recovery ride.
4-5 rides/week with the option to go outside if you like.
