Plan Description

Dieser 6-wöchige Trainingsplan bereitet dich gezielt auf den Polizei-Ergometertest im Rahmen eines medizinischen Belastungs-EKGs vor. Trainiert wird auf einem Indoortrainer oder Ergometer – idealerweise mit Leistungsmessung oder Powermeter am Rad. Alternativ kannst du auch nach Herzfrequenz oder subjektiver Belastung (RPE – Rate of Perceived Exertion) steuern. Der Plan ist fordernd, enthält einen festen Ruhetag pro Woche (standardmäßig am Sonntag, aber flexibel verschiebbar) und orientiert sich in Struktur und Intensität an den Anforderungen des Polizeitests. Wenn du dieses Training konsequent durchziehst, sollte der Test kein Problem mehr sein – und die sportliche Hürde zur Polizei ist genommen.
