Este plan de 12 semanas está diseñado específicamente para ciclistas recreativos y competitivos que entrenan en simulador y desean llevar su rendimiento al siguiente nivel.

- Aumentar tu potencia sostenida (FTP) con sesiones específicas de fuerza-resistencia.
- Mejorar tu tolerancia al esfuerzo prolongado y fatiga acumulada.

- Optimizar cada minuto en el rodillo con entrenamientos inteligentes y medibles.
