Plan Description
This is a 4 week plan that can be repeated for up to 12 weeks total. Similar to our Beginner plan but with a little more time on the bike each session. It is a simple 4 day/week with providing the most bang for you time by providing great workouts with minimizing the actual training time on the bike while prioritizing recovery between sessions in order to improve your FTP and leg muscle functions.
