Plan Description

This plan is suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes in the transition period and base 1.
The training plan is designed for 4-5 training sessions per week with a total duration of 4-6 hours per week.
Cycling training is performed every other day. They are alternated with a variety of workouts. In order to prepare your body for tests and further more intense exercise. All tasks are detailed in it. All you need is a smart trainer, heart rate monitor and a desire to achieve new goals!

The plan includes workouts for aerobic and strength endurance, raising the anaerobic threshold, practicing pedaling techniques, and training with sprints.

If you wish, you can repeat this plan over and over again, gradually adjusting your heart rate and power zones. In the initial periods or after injuries.
