Plan Description
Training plan for winter maintenance before the outdoor season. The workouts indicated can be done outdoors if possible, but are designed for indoor training. Preparation with indoor training is not often mentally sustainable, I tried to vary as much as possible by making training fun and useful with a program aimed at not losing the condition during the stop period. Platforms such as rouvy, zwift etc can be connected to TrainingPeaks and so training can be done in total serenity with the graphics of the various applications.
I have included two days a week in the gym which is important for building strength, in anticipation of the new season.
The only tools needed are a barbell, dumbbells and elastic band
Within the program you will find various types of training in order to tease out all the training areas, so that you can then concentrate best for the outdoor season on what you deem most appropriate.
