Plan Description

Questo Piano di Allenamento Indoor Base 1 e Base 2 è studiato per la preparazione invernale e quindi per tutti quei ciclisti che non riescono ad allenarsi in strada durante la settimana.
Prevede due allenamenti indoor e due uscite nel fine settimana per un totale di circa 9 ore a settimana ( si può optare anche per una sola uscita in caso di poco tempo a disposizione nel weekend, in questo caso l’allenamento del sabato verrà spostato al venerdì così come gli allenamenti del martedì e giovedì che verranno a loro volta spostati al lunedì e mercoledì , cosi da avere una settimana con 4 allenamenti comunque )
E’ un programma strutturato con Periodo di Base 1 e 2 per costruire le basi Aerobiche prima del Programma Specifico che comprende il periodo di Costruzione e periodo di Picco Gara.
Una volta acquistato il piano e collocato nel vostro calendario , il programma e gli allenamenti si aggiorneranno sui vostri dispositivi con i vostri range allenanti e varieranno a seconda dei vostri aggiornamenti su FTP e FTHR , per tanto non dovrete fare altro che allenarvi e seguire sul vostro dispositivo i range proposti.
