Zusammen ist man weniger allein!
Ob mit Lukas und Lennart zusammen leiden, oder den beiden bei einer Mischung aus Sportwissenschaft, BroScience und Gequatsche lauschen.
Dieser Plan ist ideal geeignet für alle die voll an der Scyence community teilhaben wollen und das während dem eigenem Training.
Du wirst von uns so vorbereitet, dass du beim wöchentlichem Scyence Zwift race mit guten Beinen am Start stehst. Der am Mittwoch folgende LITwoch ist auch immer im Programm.
Um dich für das Scyence race anzumelden, musst du dem Scyence Club in der Zwift companion App beitreten. Dort kannst du dich ganz einfach für das Rennen und den LITwoch anmelden.
Der Plan startet direkt mit 2 Belastungswochen, gefolgt von einer Entlastungswoche. Das bedeutet, dass du vor dem Start des Plans nicht zwingend eine Entlastungswoche einlegen musst.
