Plan Description

The plan is for everyone who would like to Boost their Fonctional Threshold Power. Whether you are time-crunched, have lots of time, beginning or advance, I put extra info so you can make the plan fit your needs and level. Most weeks are 4 Workouts of 1h with the option of more and extending them. Ideally will be done indoor but can easily be done outside if you have a powermeter!
