3️⃣ El PLAN incluye EJERCICIOS de ESTIRAMIENTOS, esenciales para reducir al máximo cualquier tipo de lesión.
Todos los EJERCICIOS incorporan un LINK para poder ver la EJECUCIÓN en YOUTUBE.
4️⃣ Además, los ENTRENAMIENTOS vienen descritos con los OBJETIVOS principales del mismo, para que puedas entender cual es la FINALIDAD del ENTRENAMIENTO.
