Plan de entrenamiento de 4 semanas compuesto por 11 workouts a modo de demo para que experimentes la funcionalidad y las capacidades de un rodillo inteligente como el ZPro o el ZDrive o una Smart bike como la ZBike.

Todos los workouts de este plan puedes ser transferidos a tu plataforma habitual de entrenamiento virtual o a tu dispositivo GPS y reproducidos por tu Smart Trainer o Smart bike.

La intensidad de estos workouts están planificada en base a potencia, en porcentajes relativos a tu nivel de forma.
