Plan Description
Plan de entrenamiento para nivel principiante.
El objetivo es recuperar la forma y poder llegar a rodar durante cuatro horas de forma cómoda al terminar las 16 semanas.
El tiempo de entrenamiento será el siguiente:
- Rodillo tres días entre semana (excepto las semanas de recuperación, que serán dos días). Dos de los tres días no pasarán nunca de 1.00h. El tercer día irá aumentando el tiempo progresivamente hasta llegar a un tiempo de 1.20h.
- Una salida el fin de semana, en cualquier modalidad (carretera, MTB, gravel...).
