Welcome to the Stockies performance squad.We've put together a unique set of workouts designed for cyclists of all levels both men and women. Get started and train like the pros.
The workouts are developed to execute on the Rouvy platform. Rouvy takes you around the world, from your home, in just a few clicks. If you buy this plan you get 30 days for free on Rouvy.
This trainingsplan is a perfect building block by working on the fundamentals. You can use this program after a rest period or if you want to work more on your basics. The focus is on strength on the bike and longer (sweetspot) intervals.
You have 3 to 4 trainingsessions a week. You can add some time to your sessions, but this needs to be done at 60-75% of FTP. So to start you will have to perform an FTP test. This is necessary to base the intensity in your training sessions on this FTP value. All the workouts are personalized around your current fitness, so you always train at the best level for your needs.

The plan is designed to start on a Monday, but of course can be adapted around your own schedule. The schedule is flexible and designed to fit around your work and other commitments.
