Plan Description
This trainingsplan is developped for cyclists of all levels and consists out of 3 to 4 trainingsessions a week. On rest days you can add some stretching or core stability which is optional.
In the next weeks you get in touch with all different kind of workouts. You will learn how to pace a longer effort and you will have to push your limit in some harder, challenging workouts.
The sessions on week days can be done on the rollers on Rouvy. The weekend sessions are a bit longer and can be done outside aswell.
To start you will have to perform a FTP test. This is necessary to base the intensity in your training sessions on this FTP value.
