Plan Description

Welcome cyclists to your (remote) Rock & Ride offseason training plan. No matter your skill or experience level, this program was created with you in mind. All workouts are power based, so it is recommended, but not required, to have a power meter or smart trainer.
Following a periodized method, you can expect a gradual buildup throughout, a chance to recover every 4 weeks, and a test to keep track of your improvements (FTP test).

The program consists of 13 weeks: (2) 60min weekday sessions and one 90min session. We recommend you space weekday workouts so there's a day off in between, so you have enough time to recover. As always, be sure to stretch and foam roll after every workout. Optional: add your favorite core and strength moves in your non-cycling days.
