Welcome to my 3 week repeatable training plan.
This plan is based on FTP (power), so it is essential that you begin by testing your FTP to ensure that it is accurate. If you don't you may find that you are training too hard, or not hard enough - which can lead to under performance.
Start this plan by completing the FTP Test attached, or any of the FTP tests in Zwift. It doesn't really matter which test you use, as long as you stick to the same one moving forward.
The plan follows a 3 week build pattern, focusing on a simple tempo, threshold, VO2 structure. I know you will find that your performance improves every single time you repeat these three weeks, as it has done for dozens of my clients.
