Zwift racing is tough, and requires a very specific set of skills to succeed, from holding on for dear life at the start to that all important finishing kick.
This plan is designed for experienced Zwift racers who really want to move up a category, start winning races, or take their team into the next division, with a chance to race each weekend. You may find the volume of easier rides confusing and hard to stick to at first, but they're important to ensure you really perform on the hard days. The closer you follow the plan, the more you'll get out of it.
This plan is aimed at those training on Zwift six days a week, including one race and one rest day a week. An active Zwift membership is required to use this plan, and a smart trainer is required to make the most out of it.
