Plan Description

This programme of 8 relatively short sessions over 2 weeks will give you an optimal start to your cycling preparation.

Basic qualities such as strength and critical endurance will be worked on through the different sessions.

On the programme: 3 specific sessions of 1h15 and one longer endurance session.
You can export the files of the sessions in order to synchronize them with your devices.
