Plan Description

Ce programme d'entraînement est un cycle de 18 séances à raison de 3 sessions spécifiques par semaine d'environ 1h15 et d'une séance d'endurance de base de 2h30.

Le but de ce programme de 4 semaines est de développer la force et la coordination musculaire en les travaillant sur le vélo au travers d'exercices ciblés et spécifiques. Un accent est également mis sur l'endurance de base avec une longue séance foncière hebdomadaire.

C'est un plan idéal pour une période de reprise ou l'intersaison.
