Plan Description
Ce programme d'entraînement est un cycle de 32 séances à raison de 3 sessions spécifiques par semaine d'une durée de 1h15 à 2h et d'une séance d'endurance de base de 3h.
Le but de ce programme de 8 semaines est de travailler de manière polarisée au travers de séances variées qui visent à améliorer les efforts à intensité critique et la capacité anaérobique (PMA).
Ce plan vous amènera petit à petit à gagner en rythme sur les efforts longs de 20 à 30 minutes et en explosivité sur les efforts courts de 1 à 3 minutes. C'est un programme idéal pour approcher un objectif ou conserver un bon niveau de forme déjà acquis.
