8 WEEK IN SPRING FOR SUMMER GLORY
This 8 week plan includes 3 FTP tests to gauge your improvement along the way.
It is fully workable with Zwift, as every workout is a structure workout.
The first half of the plan incorporates a big chunk of sweetspot work to get your ready for block two, which is a killer set of Vo2 sessions.
