Plan Description
Este planning es flexible, es decir, nosotros te hacemos una propuesta, pero puedes hacer la sesión más larga si tu tiempo te lo permite o simplemente hacerla en RODILLO. Además de una sesión larga el fin de semana.
El ritmo de vida de hoy en día, nos hace que tengamos que aprovechar al máximo el momento que tengamos para entrenar.
Por eso desde Fisioentreno, te hemos preparado estas 20 semanas de entreno para que saques lo mejor de ti con el menor tiempo posible. Es un planning con la carga adecuada para contrarrestar el volumen.
Disponible en Watts y pulso.
Además viene con dos días añadidos de trabajo funcional variado, los días que no tienes entreno, para completar al máximo al ciclista.
