Plan Description
This training plan includes 5 iLevel workouts: Pmax / Neuromuscular, Pmax / Functional Reserve Capacity (FRC), FRC, FRC / FTP and FTP. To enable customisation specific to your own personal data I require the following:
1) You must use a power meter.
2) Heart rate monitor is preferred but not essential.
3) You must temporarily add the Big Development Coaching as your coach on Training Peaks to allow WKO5 to sync with and analyse your 30-90 day power data.
4) You must have at least 30-recent days of power data associated with your Training Peaks account.
Once the sync with Training Peaks is complete, the 5 custom iLevel workouts will be uploaded to your Training Peaks account for your to use at your leisure (typically within 24 to 48 hours).
