Plan Description

Let the Zwift racing season begin and go beastmode!

Beastmode is the German e-cycling team and are already promoted to the Premiere League in their first season. But Beastmode is not just about high-level performance, it's about teamwork, smart racing, going all-in for the win and having fun!

This plan is made by Beastmode's team rider and sport scientist Josephine Noack.

It guides you through a typical e-cycling racing season of 8 weeks.
The races are scheduled Tuesday and Thursday, so perfect if you aim for the Zwift Racing League and the WTRL TTT. Of course, you can adjust the program to your individual racing goals!

This program is the right one for you, if you are ready to go for a e-cycling racing season. Ideally you're done some specific training beforehand but if not, it is not a problem. Just give it a try!

We want the program to be fun and to fit into your everyday life as easy as possible so on Monday - Friday no workout is longer than 80min and are designed to be ridden indoors. On the weekend there are some endurance rides that can either be ridden outside or done indoors as well. Just as you prefer!
We also include some off-the-bike sessions. If it helps your performance, injury prevention or you just enjoy it, you can add even more. The same applies for low-stress endurance sessions: feel free to add more or lengthen the rides if you like.

But keep in mind that recovery is key! Racing is really demanding and to be in top shape even towards the end of the season you have to recover enough. Take an extra rest day whenever you need it!
