KX3 Lifestyle + Coaching Phase 2//ENGAGE ZWIFT
Phase II// ENGAGE Phase of the KX3 Lifestyle + Coaching System. Phase II // ENGAGE: You’ve completed Phase I and you’ve set your perfect foundation for success! It’s time to ENGAGE, aka build your system. During this phase, you’ll begin to focus on Threshold Development and continue Strength Endurance. Community rides will become quicker in pace supporting your fitness gains!
This program is 6 weeks in duration and takes place either 100% on Zwift, 100% Outdoor, or a hybrid of Zwift + Outdoors—you decide! Once you decide your plan, you’ll choose whether to train primarily off of Power, Heart Rate and/or Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE).
This plan is designed for anyone who is looking for structure, accountability, and most importantly fun—through quality workouts designed with intention, as well as the integration of community and pro rider engagement—this plan will improve fitness and results!
Phase II //ENGAGE : 100% Zwift. Are you an indoor junkie? Loving the e-sport engagement and your avatar? Is life filled with BUSY and/or SNOW? You most likely are a complete ZWIFTER. Ride ON! This plan will provide you with 4-5 rides per week with one being an “optional” add. Riding indoors is a different kind of hurt! Our program is efficient and effective focused on quality over quantity. Many coaches are writing indoor programs; however haven’t spent much or any time indoors themselves. Not only have I become a ZWIFTER I have coached Olympians, World Champions, National Champions and many successful business owners who are time-crunched, avid cyclists to success!
