Welcome to this 4 Weeks to Zwift Racing Season, I'm Lionel Vujasin and I'm part of the Canyon Esports Team - Winner of the first ever ZWIFT Racing League Premier Division.

This plan is designed for A/B riders, able to ride 5 days-a-week with a training volume around 8hrs maximum. It's a time-crunched preparation for a Zwift Racing League, with some of the workouts I've used in the past to reach the highest level of eRacing.
By the end of the plan, you'll be perfectly prepared to take on the first race of your league and perform at a higher level in online races on Zwift.

This preparation phase is ideal for those who have already done a bit of racing online but want to improve their performance or even move up a race category. However, if you are completely new to racing, it can gives you a clear idea on what to expect with eRacing and should help you enjoy the experience at its best.
