Plan de entrenamiento periodo de base completo (MTB, RUTA) por frecuencia cardíaca para nivel medio y avanzado, TOTALMENTE GARANTIZADO, 12 semanas de trabajo progresivo y dinámico con énfasis en el entrenamiento de base, sistema aeróbico con trabajo entre umbrales, fuerza, sesiones muy bien diseñadas, lo puedes sincronizar con tu dispositivo garmin, polar, bryton, etc. de esta forma llevar paso por paso en cada una de las sesiones, hay un test que deben realizar al inicio del plan para ajustar tus intensidades.
Este plan se ajusta perfectamente a ciclistas de nivel medio-avanzado.
